Ryan Serhant Is Back in ‘And Just Like That’ Season 3 — Here’s Where You Know Him From

Ryan Serhant is making his return to And Just Like That, stepping back into Seema’s life with his real estate expertise.

Serhant, who previously popped up in season 2, reappears while Seema (Sarita Choudhury) is talking to her boss, about his plans to retire. “Well, congratulations,” she says back. “But don’t we have a plan? Aren’t I supposed to buy you out in a few years and take over? What happened to that?”

He then reveals that because Seema doesn’t have an offer to buy his shares, he’ll be selling her part to Serhant himself. “He’ll take over and become the primary controlling partner,” he says. “This isn’t the future I envisioned for myself,” Seema responds.

That’s when Serhant, who is the founder and CEO of a luxury brokerage of his own in New York City, comes in.

“Surprise!” the Owning Manhattan star says, entering the room in a purple party hat. “What’s going on? I thought this was gonna be a party, I brought hats.”
