Mark Henry Has a Diabolical Idea for John Cena’s Heel Turn That’s Way Better Than Triple H’s Script

John Cena shocked everyone by turning heel at this year’s Elimination Chamber, betraying Cody Rhodes in the process. He then went on to snatch the title from Rhodes at WrestleMania and successfully defended it against Randy Orton at Backlash. However, Cena tasted his first defeat since turning heel in a tag team match against Rhodes and Jey Uso, thanks to some help from R-Truth.

Fans aren’t exactly thrilled with how things are unfolding, especially with Triple H’s approach to Cena’s farewell tour. But legendary wrestler Mark Henry has pitched an idea that seems way more exciting than anything Triple H has planned.

WWE legend Mark Henry has opened up on an excellent idea: he thinks John Cena should embrace his inner Thanos and embrace the dark side fully. According to Henry, Cena should cut a fiery promo, calling out R-Truth for blindsiding him and challenge him to a match to make things even. Mark Henry explained his idea in the latest edition of Busted Open Radio.

If I’m John Cena, I’m Thanos now. I cut a promo that’s going to scorch the earth. ‘Truth, you hit me from behind? You hit me when I wasn’t looking? Now I see you. When I was thinking about leaving, I’m not thinking about leaving right now. I’m thinking about how I’m going to end your career. You’re going to have the shortest damn tenure back with this company that anybody ever had. Ever. And I want you at SummerSlam. I’m going to put you on the biggest stage you’ve ever been on just so I can throw you off it

Mark Henry’s idea is definitely intriguing, and WWE could totally make something out of it. But right now, Cena is locked in for a showdown with CM Punk in Saudi Arabia, so Triple H can’t just throw the R-Truth angle in out of nowhere. It’ll be interesting to see if he even considers it. One thing’s for sure, though: R-Truth didn’t return just for fun.

WWE definitely has something planned for him. He might end up playing a big role in Cena’s farewell tour, maybe even popping up unexpectedly to ambush Cena during a match or a promo.

John Cena might be on the verge of turning babyface again, judging by how things are shaping up in WWE. CM Punk, who Cena is set to face at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia, recently hinted that Cena could break free from The Rock’s influence and return to his heroic side.

Some fans think Triple H might have been planning this all along, especially since his handling of Cena’s farewell tour hasn’t exactly been winning people over.

If Cena does embrace his good guy persona again, a final showdown with The Rock could be the perfect way to cap off his legendary career. That kind of match would be unforgettable and might finally get fans to ease up on Triple H. But right now, things aren’t looking great for Triple H, especially after booking Cena vs. Punk in Riyadh.

It’ll be interesting to see if Triple H actually pulls the trigger on Cena’s face turn or throws in a surprise twist. Either way, he needs to act fast because the way Cena’s farewell tour is going, things aren’t looking too promising for him.
