On June 5, 2025, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian issued a stern warning to Sean P Diddy Combs during his high-profile s*x trafficking trial in Manhattan, threatening to boot the music mogul from the courtroom for absolutely unacceptable behavior, per BBC.
Facing the grave charges of racketeering, s*x trafficking, and pr*stitution, Diddy could land in jail for the rest of his life if found guilty. While the trial, now in its fourth week, has been a rollercoaster so far and reached a tense moment during Day 17.
Reportedly, Judge Arun Subramanian stated that he saw the disgraced rapper nodding vigorously to the jury while the cross-examination of Bryana Bongolan was going on. The judge sternly warned the rapper’s lawyers that if he ever saw it again, he would have Diddy removed from the courtroom.
While the lawyers ensured it would not happen again, the judge remained adamant that there should be no efforts whatsoever to have an interaction with this jury (via The Guardian). The same day, witness ‘Jane’ testified about coerced sexual encounters, adding fuel to the charged atmosphere.

Week 4 of P Diddy’s ongoing federal trial saw a new witness, a woman with the pseudonym ‘Jane.’ It has been revealed that Jane is reportedly someone Combs dated between 2021 and 2024, possibly till his arrest.
The unnamed woman described how the initial months of her relationship with the music mogul were exciting, since Diddy would take her on trips abroad and to fancy restaurants, making her fall for him. However, she was soon asked to participate in what the prosecutors called ‘hotel nights’ (via BBC).
That night opened a Pandora’s box in our relationship. It was a door I was unable to shut for the rest of the relationship. There was so much of it after, and it was too much.
Jane stated as she went on to reveal that the first of such nights occurred in May 2021, where she was to engage in s*xual acts with an escort as Diddy watched. Despite feeling frustrated, she was obliged to take part, especially since Diddy was also reportedly renting her a $10,000 per month home.
Jane will now return to testify on Friday morning. Her testimony is a lot similar to Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend. With two more weeks of the trial left, things are looking serious for the rapper, given the accusations and testimonies so far. But only time will tell how things will turn out for him.
