RTE star Arthur Gourounlian has showed off his “unbelievable” weight loss transformation as he shared topless snaps.
The Dancing With The Stars judge challenged himself to a 28 day transformation by going to the gym everyday and eating a very clean diet – with no sugar or bread.



The celebrity choreographer joined one of the Educogym’s in Dublin. With the help of personal trainers, Arthur did an intense workouts with machines for just 20 minutes per session.
The dad-of-two made sure to share snippets of his workouts and meals over on his Instagram.
And after four weeks of the gruelling challenge, Arthur lost a whopping 4.3 kilograms.
The dad-of-two took to Instagram today and to show off his incredible results.
He held up a five pound fat replica and posed with it while looking shocked and said: “I am absolutely speechless. This object in my hand represents the fat I’ve lost and I have shed two of these from my body the past 28 days.
“This is absolutely incredible.”
Arthur posted a topless photo he took on day one of the challenge and then a picture he took today – which showed off his hard work.
The 45-year-old reflected on his journey in the caption of his post.
He said: “I can’t believe it! After just 28 days of being consistent, working out (in total only four hours!), and staying mindful, I’ve lost 4.3 kilos of body fat — and I feel absolutely incredible.
“It just goes to show: when you put your mind to something, you really can do it. This journey has been eye-opening, and I’m proud to say this is the start of a new chapter — a new me. A new Arthur Gourounlian with a pinch of old ARTY still in there.”
Arthur explained that the “biggest lessons he learned” was that “moderation is key”.
He added: “You don’t have to give up everything — it’s about balance, self-care, and making choices that serve your well-being.
“I’m not giving up all the foods I love, but choosing to be better. And honestly, I’ve loved every single minute of it.”
Arthur has said from the start that his health journey stemmed from him wanting to be healthy for his kids, Blake, two, and Blu, who turns one this month.
‘PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION’
He explained: “Let’s be clear — I didn’t do this to chase a six-pack or become the next muscle-bound superhero.
“I did this to feel lean, to be healthy, and to move forward in life with clarity, purpose, and love — especially for my little family.”
The celebrity choreographer finished off his message saying: “Here’s to progress, not perfection. Here’s to health, balance, and being the best version of myself. LET’S DO THIS, you gorgeous people.”
Arthur’s friends and fans were blown away by his results and praised him on his dedication.
