Elden Ring Nightreign is a new co-op roguelike experience on the scene that allows players to choose from unique classes, drop on a map, gather loot, and fight off against Nightlord bosses. It’s a title that proves FromSoftware isn’t afraid of experimenting with new ideas, and so far, Nightreign has proven to be a success with millions of fans.
There’s no shortage of powerful items in Nightreign that can give you an edge on the battlefield, but nothing comes close to the power of Wending Grace. With this item, you can instantly return to the action, which makes it critical to have during boss fights. However, there’s a clever trick involving Wending Grace that many players are unaware of, even though it can help them get through multiple boss phases with ease.
This Wending Grace tactic is a must-use in Elden Ring Nightreign

In Elden Ring Nightreign, the Wending Grace can give you an extra life. The item basically revives players after getting killed once, and this can prove to be handy while you’re adventuring. Once you’re brought back to the battlefield, you’ll have 50% of your HP pool and the flask charges before your death.
Wending Grace acts like a consumable in the game. This means that after you’ve used it, the item will disappear from your inventory. It’s automatically triggered for solo players when they’re wrecked during the nightmare or killed by a boss. In the case of a team, Wending Grace only works after all of the players have been killed.
Even though Wending Grace can outright turn the tide of a battle, players don’t use it effectively. Most of the community doesn’t know that Wending Grace can be stacked. That’s right, you can have multiple of these items in your inventory and give yourself multiple chances to take down Nightlord bosses.
So, how do you stack multiple Wending Grace in Nighreign? Well, the process is quite simple. Look for a regular merchant on the map and purchase the first Wending Grace for 10,000 runes. Since all merchants share inventory pools, you won’t be able to buy another one from them. Now, you need to search for the special merchant who has a different stock, and purchase the additional Wending Grace from them.

If you’re playing in the co-op mode, the only way to obtain multiple Wending Grace is through drops from Dormant Power Orbs, which show up after defeating challenging bosses. These orbs often contain legendary-quality items, including the likes of Wending Grace. For the best chances of obtaining one, target bosses that appear during Shifting Earth events.
Elden Ring Nightreign is a major FromSoftware win

When FromSoftware initially revealed Nightreign, some in the community were skeptical. It was felt that FromSoftware shouldn’t abandon its hallmark Soulslike games in favor of chasing new ideas, and Nightreign would prove to be a lesson for the developer. However, that’s not really the case.
A few days ago, FromSoftware announced that it has managed to ship over 3.5 million copies of Nightreign so far. That’s quite a big figure, considering all the doubts before the game hit the shelves.
Around 2 million players bought and jumped into Nightreign within 24 hours of release. The game managed to lure over 300,000 players, according to SteamDB. It’s still bringing in 100,000-150,000 players on a daily basis, proving that it’s a successful experiment.
What’s really shocking is that out of 3.5 million players, it seems like only a small percentage have managed to take down all the Nightlords in the game. However, let’s not forget that this is a FromSoftware game; defeating bosses won’t be an easy task as the developer likes giving players the ultimate challenge.
