THIS year’s Nordic Darts Masters final is on RIGHT NOW – and Luke Littler is NOT involved!
The teen sensation got his tournament debut off to the perfect start before suffering a damaging quarter-final defeat to Nathan Aspinall.
However, the Asp lost to No.1 seed Stephen Bunting in a thrilling final four contest, setting up a showpiece match against Rob Cross, who beat reigning champ Gerwyn Price.
Whoever comes out on top is set to take home a tidy amount of prize money for their troubles.

Five ways to make your own dips using ingredients you may already have
YOU’LL be loaded this summer with the latest food trend.
Nibbles and dips piled with extras are everywhere, from hummus with falafel at Sainsbury’s to Marks & Spencer’s mascarpone with roas-ted tomatoes and Parmesan.

But you can make your own using ingredients you may already have . . .
HEAPED HUMMUS: Start with an inexpensive pot of basic hummus. Pour it into a bowl and transform it with a tasty topping.
Roast a drained tin of chickpeas with olive oil and salt. Put this on top of the hummus with chopped fresh herbs or crispy onions.
For something cheesy, crumble over Greek-style cheese, chopped olives or cucumber and a sprinkle of smoked paprika — or swap the cheese for cherry tomatoes.
LOADED LEAVES: Sturdy lettuce such as little gem can hold a topping.
Add shredded chicken, grated carrot and sliced cucumber then top with a dollop of mayo or drizzle of sauce. Make sweet satay with peanut butter, sweet chilli sauce and a dash of soy sauce.
For a fishy dish, mix tinned salmon with spring onion, plain yoghurt and a squirt of lemon juice, then add leaves.
TOP YOG: You can give a yoghurt-based dip like Greek tzatziki a lift. Serve in a dish and load with chopped tomatoes, peppers, red onion, cucumber, parsley and pine nuts. Add a swirl of olive oil.
CHIP FOR THE TOP: Loaded crisps are a great way to use up leftovers.
Get a bag of tortilla or pitta chips, tip them on to a baking sheet and pour over some shop-bought salsa.
Add chopped chicken, crispy bacon bits, sliced peppers, tomato chunks or olives.
Finally, add grated cheese and bake until hot and bubbly.
BETTER BANANAS: Fire up your fruit. Split open a banana and top with peanut butter, crumbled biscuits and honey.
Or load the banana with chopped strawberries, blue-berries, nuts and a grating of dark chocolate.

Dylan Hyland heroics help Offaly blitz New York and book Tailteann Cup quarter-final spot
OFFALY danced into the quarter-finals of the Tailteann Cup thanks to a ‘Hyland fling’ in Tullamore on Saturday with just under half their tally coming from the boot of returning forward Dylan Hyland.
The Raheen man didn’t start either of the last two games for Offaly thanks to a niggling foot injury.

But he was a step ahead of everyone else on the O’Connor Park pitch, ending the game with exactly the same as the New York team as a whole.
12 months ago, New York came to the midlands and caused Laois plenty of problems in this fixture.
Ten minutes in, history looked like it might repeat itself.
Playing into a strong breeze, some excellent catches from Kieran Murphy and Eoghan McElligott gave New York a solid foundation of possession and with Offaly shooting four wides in that time,
New York led by 0-2 to 0-1.
Then Hyland hoisted over a superb two-pointer, Leaving Cert student Cillian Bourke came to the fore in the kickout battle to give the Faithful County a solid base of possession.
Offaly went on to add 1-15 to the scoreboard before New York raised their third flag of the game.
With the life and hope extinguished from New York, Offaly continued their momentum after half-
time.
Ruairí McNamee came off the bench to score 1-2, Jordan Hayes strode forward to bring his tally to four points and Cathal Flynn pulled the strings, operating as quarterback for the Faithful men.
New York fell 18 points behind before they finally showed their talent. Jack Robinson, who grew up on the Offaly border club of Clogherinkoe, fired two excellent points and should have had a green
flag to go with it.
While Bobby O’Regan’s sensational thunderbolt of a goal was part of a run of 1-6 unanswered.
No-one was taking the limelight from Hyland.
He struck two neat points from play and then stroked a free over the bar with the last kick to ensure Offaly will still carry plenty of
momentum into either their trip to either Newbridge, Enniskillen or a Limerick venue next weekend.

France is happy to see back of migrants crossing channel to Britain – why waste £800m paying them to stop boats?
Migrant millions wasted on French
IN THE last ten years this country has handed the thick end of £1billion to France to stop the boats.
What has it achieved?

Since 2018, more than 150,000 people have made the perilous Channel crossing as French cops watched them go.
This year alone nearly 15,000 have come across in small boats, a 42 per cent increase on the same time last year.
In any other business, investing £800million for such a disastrous return would be seen as a catastrophic failure on all sides.
But the shameless French don’t care when it comes to our taxpayer cash.
Despite their flop they are now demanding even more money to intercept boats in shallow water.
What a disgraceful cheek.
We have no guarantee French cops will approach the task with any more enthusiasm if we fill their pockets yet again.
In fact their police union leader seems to despise migrants so much that he appears happy to see the back of them.
Since removing the Rwanda deterrent, Sir Keir Starmer’s attempts to stop the boats or the gangs have floundered.
But rather than gifting hundreds of millions more to the French, the PM would do better to look in our own backyard.
Spend the money destroying the booming black market that is such a magnet for migrants in the first place.
Without the lure of illegal cash-in-hand jobs thousands would never risk the treacherous crossing in the first place.
Boom & boast
RACHEL REEVES will this week boast of an £86billion investment in Britain’s fastest growing sectors.
The Chancellor’s Spending Review bonanza will focus on tech, sciences and defence.
If it boosts business and creates jobs it is well worth shouting about.
With growth as slow as a snail carrying a sandbag the economy needs help.
But this cash has to come from somewhere.
Spend, spend, spend is all very well.
As long as it isn’t followed in October by tax, tax, tax.
Sprout of order
REMEMBER the struggle to save up cash for last Christmas?
Wouldn’t it have been nice for someone else to have paid the bills.
Which is exactly what happened to Lib Dem MP Sarah Gibson when she got the taxpayer to pay for her £154 festive party.
She should be deeply ashamed for claiming it on her Commons expenses when millions are feeling the pinch.
Give the money back now, Sarah!
