Gardai & family ‘concerned for wellbeing’ of missing Dublin teen, 13, last seen on weekend as area of interest revealed
GARDAI are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenage boy as his family is “concerned for his wellbeing”.
Eoghan O’Reilly was reported missing from the Springfield area of Tallaght, Dublin 24 on Sunday.
The 13-year-old was last seen around 5pm in Tallaght.
Cops believe that Eoghan may have travelled to the Coolock, Dublin 17 area.
Eoghan is described as being around 5 feet in height with a slim build.
And he has brown hair and blue eyes.
When last seen, Eoghan was wearing black and grey tracksuit bottoms, a black North Face jacket, and blue and black Nike Air Max shoes.
Gardai are appealing to the public for any information on the teenager’s whereabouts.
A garda spokesperson said: “Gardai are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 13-year-old Eoghan O’Reilly who is reported missing from the Springfield area of Tallaght, Dublin 24 since the evening of Sunday 8th June 2025.
“He was last seen in the area at approximately 5pm.
“Eoghan is described as being approximately 5 feet in height with a slim build. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
“When last seen, Eoghan was wearing black and grey tracksuit bottoms, a black North Face jacket, and blue and black Nike Air Max shoes.
“It is believed that Eoghan may have travelled to the Coolock, Dublin 17 area.
“Gardai and Eoghan’s family are concerned for his wellbeing.
“Anyone with any information on Eoghan’s whereabouts are asked to contact Tallaght Garda Station on 01 666 6000 the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
MISSING MAN
Separately, gardai have issued an appeal for a missing man from Tipperary.
Dylan Carroll, 23 years-old, was reported missing from his home in Cashel, Co. Tipperary yesterday.
Dylan is described as being 6’4 with a thin build with fair hair and blue eyes.
He was wearing a blue suit, white shirt and runners when last seen.
Cops and Dylan’s family are concerned for his well-being.
A garda spokesperson said: “Anyone with information on Dylan’s whereabouts is asked to contact Tipperary Garda Station on 062 80670, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
